4. Services & Projects

• All projects begin with a proposal or quote, outlining deliverables, costs, and timelines.
• Quotes are valid for 30 days unless otherwise stated.
• Project timelines depend on prompt communication, feedback, and supply of necessary materials (such as logos, copy, or brand guidelines) from the client.
• Delays in feedback or approvals may result in extended timelines.

5. Payments & Fees

• A non-refundable deposit may be required before work begins.
• Final files will not be released until full payment has been received.
• Late payments may attract a fee, and ongoing work may be paused until outstanding invoices are settled.

6. Refunds & Cancellations

• Due to the nature of creative services, refunds are generally not provided once work has commenced.
• If you wish to cancel a project, you will be invoiced for the work completed up to the cancellation date.

7. Limitation of Liability

• While we take care to deliver high-quality, professional work, Unforsaken Creative is not responsible for:
  • Losses or damages resulting from use of our services or this website.
  • Third-party costs (such as printing, hosting, domain registrations, etc.) unless arranged by us in writing.
  • Any misuse of final designs, including alterations made without our approval.
